One year of Working Minds: hear from our partners

Together with partners, we launched the Working Minds campaign one year ago today to call for a cultural change across Britain’s workplaces where stress, depression and anxiety are responsible for half of ill-health reports amongst workers.

Since launch, the numbers of partners involved has more than doubled and we now have 1,000 people signed up as Working Minds champions.

One year on, our partners share why mental health and stress prevention need to be a priority in these challenging times.

Working Minds is aimed specifically at supporting small businesses by providing employers and workers with easy to implement advice, including simple steps based on risk assessment to Reach out, Recognise, Respond, Reflect, and make it Routine.

The campaign promotes a collaborative approach, with champions and partners supporting, promoting and contributing.
