How’s it going? For you and for them.
Monitor and review the actions you’ve taken, or not taken. Have the improvements and support you’ve put in place stuck or fallen by the wayside? Maybe things have moved on and improved? Does something need to be tweaked or adapted? When’s a good time to check in again?
