Safer British farms.

Agriculture consistently has the highest rate of deaths and and injuries of all sectors in Great Britain (per 100,000 workers). We want to make 2024 a safer year on our farms by working together.

We are supporting farmers to work safely with livestock, as well as simple vehicle safety tips, to help keep everyone on the farm safe.

That’s why we’re asking farmers in England, Scotland and Wales to consider these simple areas of their daily farming activities when working with livestock and farm vehicles.

Free resources to work safely

We have created these campaign pages and free assets to help make sure you consider all the risks and act now to protect everyone on your farm.

Workers that are new to the industry are at higher risk. Download our vehicle safety checklist for workers and our working safely with cattle checklist, share them with your workers and discuss how to  keep everyone on the farm safe.
